Haha, had a bit of an inspirational burst there? (5 paintings in a day!) Great job though. If there's one tiny thing I could perhaps criticize here, it'd be the fact that your character seems to be facing away from the painting, which subsequently leads the eye off the canvas as well...So yeah, maybe just flip'm real quick? Other than that, awesome job, keep'm coming!
Maybe its just me but I gotta disagree, I think it looks like the character is moving forward but with the head looking in the direction of the structures. The body isn't exactly going towards the structures but it isn't off so much so that it defer's the viewers eye away from the focus. I think the direction the he/she is going in gives the impression that the character is just passing by and admiring the view around him/her.
well, i'll agree that it isn't completely clear what direction the head is facing. If it is actually looking towards the big, central rock structures, that'd be perfectly fine. However, if it was looking at the tree/small rocks, it would effectively lead the viewer's eye off the canvas, as one inherently tends to look in same the direction other characters are facing. However, one should try to avoid leading the viewer's eye off the canvas at all cost, as this would break the harmony of a piece.
